I have been sending emails to you (Linda? Sophia? Customer service/support) since I received the ordered hat. It is of inferior quality. As instructed, I sent you two pix (close-up & full shot). The embroidery is awful. The ENGINMAN lob is indistinguishable from a poorly made circle, and the three chevrons are off center.
I have been PLEADING with you to refund my money, willing to send back the hat. You are shunning me; ignoring me.
