    Ordered 12/1 for a Christmas present for my son. Item not received until 12/26..after Christmas. Very disappointed
    To say the least. I inquired numerous times about getting help to track my package and would get them same response but no help. Tracking would say contact vendor snd when I contacted you I got the same response to refer to tracking info. It was back and forth with no resolution. The hat is very cheaply made with sub par material and the Insigna is not quality work. All in all I feel like the product is not as I had thought it would be or represented. Reminds me of cheap sub par items made in China. I was excited about your web site and had intentions of ordering other things but after my unpleasant experience with a simple hat order, sadly I think this will be my first and only order. Delivery of product and quality of product was a great disappointment.
