The quilt was for my brother-in-law who served in Viet Nam. When he received it, there was no clue as to who sent it. I did not find a place in the order to put a name or any greeting or etc. And, when he received the quilt, the dates of service were wrong. I was, needless to say, very disappointed with the product. I did write in his dates of service in the shipping order box, but they were not right on the quilt. Other products we ordered were excellent, and I was very pleased, but I was so very disappointed with this one. How can we remedy this situation ? Please let me know.
