Placed an order and never heard back from them. Thankfully PayPal refunded the payment. Also, they present themselves as an American company but appear to be located in Hong Kong.
My order was processed quickly and was delivered several days earlier than expected. After several days of searching I couldn’t find this item anywhere else. Constant email updates during the whole process. Very nice hat!
